Support Coordinators Referral Services
As a parents and caregivers of a loved one with an intellectual/developmental disability, we understand you are required to provide care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Archway has over thirty years of expertise serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our staff is committed to providing individualized care and will advocate for your loved one, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care. We know that the process is sometimes overwhelming and always changing. Archway staff is here to help you along the way. Families now have the ability to choose services for their loved ones.
Support coordinators receive referrals from Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). Archway Programs is an approved fee-for-service (FFS) Medicaid Provider. Eligibility / Referrals for Adults Partial Care Services
Clients must have an Axis I diagnosis, be at least 18 years of age, demonstrate the need to qualify for partial care services, and be in our serving counties (Camden /Gloucester ). Medicaid is our primary source for payment. Please call us at 856.582.3900 to schedule an appointment to seek help or information for yourself or an adult living with a mental illness. You will be able to speak with a trained professional admission staff five days a week.
Referrals are accepted from any source. Typically there is no waiting list and treatment can usually be initiated within one week. Adults served must attend program a minimum of two days per week. We can accommodate work schedules and educational commitments.
