3. What is the cost of tuition?
Runnemede Just Kids Programs:
As part of our agreement with Runnemede School District, Just Kids pays a “use of facility fee”. As a result, there is a $25 per child “space usage fee” for any child enrolled in Just kids. This fee is due at the time of registration along with your registration fee.
Monroe Twp. Just Kids Programs:
As part of our agreement with the Monroe Township School District, Just Kids pays a “use of facilities fee”. As a result, there is a $24 per child “space usage fee” for any child enrolled in Just Kids. This fee is due at the time of registration along with your registration fee.
4. What form of payment is accepted for tuition?
Your options are to mail the Just Kids office a check, money order, or have the tuition deducted from your credit card or bank account through an EFT draft. This deduction can be set up on-going for each month or for one month only. Complete the form below for an EFT draft and fax or send it to the Just Kids office. In addition, we have an option called “Click to Pay” in which an invoice can be e-mailed to you with a link to pay your tuition on-line yourself. Just call the Just Kids office and request a “Click to Pay” invoice at the time you want to pay. Please note that the childcare providers cannot take your payment at the program.
5. Can I observe the program prior to enrolling my child?
Yes, we just ask that you call the Just Kids office to inform us of what school you would like to observe. We will then inform the Just Kid Supervisor to expect you. This procedure is for the safety of all the children in the program as well as to prepare the Supervisor to have time to talk with you about the program once you get there.
6. Can the childcare providers give medication to my child?
Just Kids policy is to only administer medications for special needs if failure to take the medication would jeopardize the child’s health or prevent the child from attending childcare. If this criteria includes your child’s needs, there are two medication forms that need to be completed and signed by your attending physician prior to the medication being brought to the childcare providers for administration. These forms must be given to Lorin Powell, Just Kids Director for approval prior to the program starting any administration of medication.
